With porphyritic polyneuropathy, sensory disturbances are not detected on the feet and hands. And in the proximal parts of the limbs and on the trunk. If deep sensitivity fibers are involved in the pathological process, sensitive ataxia develops - a disorder of sensory perception of pressure, vibration and body position in space. Peripheral neuropathy
